Stephanie Dobson is a project management professional with a passion for training and development, technology, and innovation. She is a lifelong learner with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Support Work in Communications as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Cyber Security. Stephanie is also a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master, and a Certified SAFe® 4 DevOps Practitioner
She has a wealth of experience leading teams, delivering technology solutions, and providing program continuity within the IT, engineering, and education industries. Her love of Agile methodologies began as a Program Coordinator while collaborating with IT executives and hiring managers to successfully onboard and employ new college hires. The framework and principles found within Scrum have helped her to build the skills necessary to manage teams efficiently, adapt to organizational change, and successfully deliver complex projects as a Software Engineer, Scrum Master, and Technical Program Manager.
Helping others to succeed in academic and work environments has been the driving force behind all of her career and personal pursuits. Outside of work, Stephanie is an active participant in her community lending her talents to organizations supporting the advancement of women and girls in STEM, connecting students to opportunities for scholarship programs, and providing instructional training for non-profits.
